How Does it Work?

Your part is simple!

Use the application to provide your best estimate of the containers you need over the next year. Break it down by month (or quarter, if that fits you better).

Combine To Save… Be sure to include all of the container styles and sizes you need. The combined total determines your quantity discount.

When Does The Year Start? You tell us - whatever works best for you!

Our part…

Your discount is determined based on your total annual usage - all products - instead of on each individual order.

Pricing is locked for the year. If you want to lock in for an even longer period, let us know.

Products are ready to ship at the time you specify.

An extra month’s inventory is placed in stock for you, ready for that unexpected order, or other emergencies.

Are there any fees for PanoramicPreferred?

No –you actually save more!

When am I invoiced?

You are invoiced for each order as it is released.

Do I need to set up a blanket PO?

You can, or your can issue a separate PO for each release –whichever works best for you.

Are shipments made automatically without my authorization?

No, unless you want your plan set up that way. You OK each release and can fine tune the ship date and order quantities.

What if my needs increase or my schedule changes?

No problem, we just update your plan. We can update as often as needed.

Can I participate if it is hard to know my exact needs that far ahead?

Absolutely! The information is requested to help plan production to be sure we always have what you need when you need it. We know things change and schedules and orders are adjusted. The main idea is that by working together, we always meet your needs!

Some helps…

• As we work through the year we can adjust the schedule.
• If you need to push up an order, or move one back –just keep us informed. Nothing will ship without your authorization, so don’t worry.
• If you are unsure of your orders, consider minimum numbers you are comfortable with for the year. You can always add more as you go. If the additional amount qualifies for an even greater discount we can adjust your plan at that point.

What if I don’t hit my commitment by the end of the year (or agreed time period)?

It can happen and we understand. We just ask that you keep us informed - we can look at extending the time period or other options. We will work with you.
